I was born in 1973 and raised in a home where resilience was a survival skill. That experience shaped how I lead—
with empathy, discipline, and a fierce commitment to building people up.

From hard business failures to building Marouff Consulting Group™, my path has always been about creating better systems— for Venues, kitchens, teams, and lives. Decades leading professional kitchens taught me the reality of what works and what doesn’t. Those lessons— earned the hard way— are now the backbone of MCG™, where I focus on helping venues thrive through premium consulting, elite training, and smart automation.

I’m not just interested in fixing what’s broken. I’m driven to design systems that future-proof hospitality businesses, elevate teams, and give owners the freedom to focus on growth.
